About Schnelle
A Digital Insider Who Now Teaches What She Knows
Schnelle Acevedo is the founder of BAM Digital Media LLC, a digital literacy education and consulting company based in Brooklyn, New York. For nearly 15 years, she has built a full-time career online through blogging, SEO, social media strategy, brand campaigns, content creation, and digital publishing — developing engagement strategies inside algorithm-driven platforms for some of the world’s biggest brands.
Today, she brings that insider experience into schools, parent communities, conferences, and organizations to teach digital literacy in a way that is practical, culturally relevant, and easy to understand. Her sessions cover algorithms, AI, digital safety, online behavior, digital footprints, and how technology shapes the way young people think, learn, communicate, and make decisions.
Schnelle holds a Master’s in Public Administration and a BFA in Creative Writing, is NYC and NYS MWBE certified, and is currently working inside NYC schools.
